About Us

Total Pet Check is a disruptive new software company providing 100% free ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and PSD (Psychiatric Service Dog) verification software designed specifically for apartment complexes and property management companies.

While we are a new player in the market, the concept of pet screening software is already established by a couple of competitors. Our massive advantage? We offer a premier solution to apartment complexes completely free of charge. We are looking for a hungry, driven sales professional to help us aggressively capture market share.

The Role

This is a high-volume, outbound B2B cold calling position. Your primary objective is to contact apartment complexes, bypass gatekeepers, pitch our free software, and successfully onboard them to our platform. Because our product solves a known problem at zero cost to the property, this is a highly convertible pitch for a skilled closer.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will be our very first dedicated sales hire. We are actively looking for a candidate who wants to grow with us. The clear career trajectory for this role based on direct results is: Part-Time → Full-Time → Sales Manager → Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to property managers, leasing agents, and regional directors in the US.

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Total Pet Check (specifically focusing on our "free" competitive advantage).

  • Overcome objections, educate prospects on our software, and guide them through the onboarding process.

  • Manage and track leads, maintaining accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Provide on-the-ground feedback to leadership on market responses and competitor objections to help refine our sales scripts.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales (US market experience is highly preferred).

  • Sales Initiative: You must be a self-starter who thrives on the phone, handles rejection well, and possesses a natural "hunter" mentality.

  • Communication: Exceptional, neutral English speaking and writing skills.

  • Technology: * A dedicated, quiet home workspace.

    • A reliable, fast computer and a high-quality noise-canceling headset.

    • A stable and fast internet connection (wired preferred).

    • Bonus: Existing access to or strong familiarity with an auto-dialer and CRM platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: 20,000 PHP per month (for 20 hours/week).

  • Commission: Uncapped commission structure based on successful property onboardings.

  • Bonus: 13th-Month Pay included.

  • Growth: Immediate opportunity to scale to a Full-Time schedule with increased base pay, with a direct pathway to management as we scale the team beneath you.
