Customer Service & Sales Specialist (Remote - Philippines)

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, handling customer inquiries while assisting with sales initiatives and marketing tasks.

This is a Work-From-Home (Remote) position open to candidates in the Philippines. While some experience is preferred, we welcome eager entry-level applicants who are quick learners.

What You Will Do:

  • Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Sales Assistance: Follow up on leads, explain product benefits, and help convert inquiries into sales.

  • Marketing Support: Assist with basic social media engagement, email campaigns, and market research.

  • Admin Tasks: Update customer records (CRM) and generate weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1 or C2 level preferred).

  • Tech Stack: Proficient with Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

  • AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper) is a HUGE plus. We love efficient workers!

  • Reliability: Must have a fast, stable internet connection and a noise-canceling headset.

  • Experience: 6+ months of BPO or Virtual Assistant experience is preferred, but not required if you are tech-savvy.
